We are business-minded and will advise on reasonable dispute resolution imperatives. One of the Firm’s Partners is an Accredited Mediator and sits on the panel of the Lagos Multidoor Courthouse. Two of our Partners are members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK, and have the requisite expertise and experience to represent clients in ADR matters. The Firm’s partners are also proficient in adopting Litigation as may be required in the circumstance in driving our clients’ objectives towards desired goals albeit from the perspective of risk management, reducing contingent liability, or seeking judicial protection.
